Please obtain your B.C. fishing licence online as they are no longer available at Trout Lake. All fishing rules and regulations apply.
Public dock has boat launch and mooring facilities (access on Denver Street)
The lake is 18 miles long and 1.5 miles across. It is over 1000 feet deep in some spots. You can expect to reel in Dolly Varden (Bull Trout), Rainbow Trout or Kokanee.
Limited fishing access at Staubart Lake just north of Trout Lake.
In April/May, you can watch the spawning Gerrard Rainbow Trout at the Gerrard Bridge viewing platform at the south end of Trout Lake (20km). No fishing allowed.
